  • Description

    As a licensed Administrator this person will have the opportunity for leadership within a national long-term care organization with over 200 centers in 23 different states.  

    The Administrator directs and coordinates all Society policies, programs, projects and financial matters.  They implement key components of the Society’s strategic plan and create for residents, staff, families and visitors a strong Christian atmosphere by supporting the Society’s Hallmark Values of being Christ-centered, resident-centered, staff-centered and community-centered within the center/campus.

    Qualifications

    Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations and Medicare requirements along with excellent skills in communication, organization, human resources and financial management are required.   Bachelors degree in health care or related field is required.  Applicants must have passed the National Administrators Board exam and be eligible for state licensure as applicable to the position.

    This is a multi-location administrator position serving both the Good Samaritan Society - Red Oak in Red Oak, Iowa (88 SNF) and the Good Samaritan Society - Villisca in Villisca, Iowa (50 SNF).

    Administrator will report to a director of operations.  This position will receive a competitive salary with a full benefit package.

    The Good Samaritan Society is a Christian organization that requires the Administrator to demonstrate Christian leadership and be an active member of mainline Christian church.
